Exchange Policy

We entertain exchange requests only in case of unstitched product, if the product is damaged or if the delivered product is incorrect (other than that ordered).

Since pre-booked orders are specially ordered for the customer, we DO NOT SUPPORT EXCHANGE  for the same unless the product is incorrect, damaged or incomplete.

We do not entertain exchange requests on Pre – Booked orders due to high import duties and shipping charges levied on us. Due to limited stock quantity, other customers are unable to purchase the same product.

 

Exchange Conditions

  1. Products can be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery. 
  2. Items under SALE will not be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged.

 

Cancellation of Order by Palette By Kanika Bhasin
www.palettebykanika.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product for various reasons such as incorrect price uploaded, item out of stock with the brand increase in shipping cost or import duties. The cancellation applies irrespective if the order is Paid or processed. We will refund the amount to the customer and the customer will be informed about the same.

Any Order which is processed or confirmed once cannot be cancelled. However in special conditions if cancellation request is received within 24 hours, the order amount will be used as a credit note to purchase any other product in future. The validity of the credit note issued will be for a period of 6 months

 

 To return the product, the customer will need to pay reverse courier charges of Rs 150 which will be deducted from the store credit amount provided.
